Introducing SurveyMonkey for Freshservice

At most times a normal customer satisfaction survey would suffice to know how you are faring in the eyes of your user. But this just isn’t good enough when you are looking out for actionable insights to enhance your user experience; you need a comprehensive and exhaustive questionnaire.

But that just isn’t possible right from your service desk.

With the Freshservice-SurveyMonkey integration, you can create customized surveys and send it out to users. Once you enable the SurveyMonkey integration, you can choose which survey you want to add. You can now select whether you want customers to take the survey when a ticket is resolved or closed or with every ticket, or you could even choose which replies you’d like to add the link to.
