ITSM tools are on the brink of a massive revolution: rather than being a static product, they are evolving into ecosystems where third parties can integrate their products. As one size fits none, this is a major improvement for the end-user. Now companies can customize their helpdesk software to their own needs.
The innovative power of ecosystems is not a coincidence.
In his keynote, futurist and author Mats Lewan will take us on a journey through history into the future, showing how ecosystems build on the core of all human innovation.
The powerful interaction in such innovative systems also explains why the pace of change is continuously accelerating, with today’s development of AI opening the door to unknown new horizons.
