Grant Harris

Grant Harris led a team to win the SDI Best Implementation of an ITSM Solution award at the Service Desk Institute awards 2017 and won Innovation of the Year at the Trust annual awards. He is passionate about excellent customer service and service delivery and motivates the whole team to improve the service each month. Currently Grant is heading the IT Operations and Medical Records at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
